Support

Something not working? Tell us.

Moto Garage is built by a small team, and a real person reads every message. Here is how to reach us, plus the fixes for the things that come up most.

Get in touch

Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it goes straight to the people who build the app.

We read every message and normally reply within two business days.

To get a useful answer faster, include:

  • Your platform: iPhone, Android, or the web app in a browser.
  • Your app version, from Settings, in the About row at the bottom. It reads like "Moto Garage v0.102.0".
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • The bike or record involved, if it only affects one of them.
  • A screenshot, whenever the problem is something you can see.

Please do not send us your password. We will never ask for it, and we do not need it to look into an account problem.

Common fixes

Most of what reaches our inbox is one of these five things.

  • Can't sign in. Use the reset link on the sign-in screen and we will email you a real reset link. Moto Garage accounts are email and password only, so there is no social login to fall back on. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing to us.
  • A bike or record is missing on one device. Everything syncs to one account, so first confirm both devices are signed in with the same email address. If they are, close and reopen the app to force a fresh sync.
  • Notifications are not arriving. Check the master switch and the per-category settings in Settings, under Notifications. Then confirm Moto Garage is allowed to send notifications in your phone's own system settings, which is a separate permission the app cannot turn on for you.
  • A service did not reset its countdown. When you log a service, the intervals it satisfies are pre-checked, and any you un-check are left alone on purpose. Open the service record from the bike's history and confirm the right intervals are ticked.
  • A receipt or photo will not attach. Photos and PDFs both work. If an upload stalls, it is almost always a weak connection. Try again on Wi-Fi before reporting it.

Looking for how a feature works rather than a fix? The Help and getting started page walks through accounts, bikes, logging, and the Due page.

Your account & data

  • Export your history. Any bike's service history can be exported as a spreadsheet, or generated as a printable PDF report. Useful for a shop drop-off, a warranty claim, or a buyer.
  • Import existing records. Years of history can come in from a .csv or .xlsx file, with a column mapper and a preview before anything is saved. A previous owner's history is kept separate from your own totals.
  • Change your email or password. Both live in Settings. If you have lost access to the email address on the account, write to us and we will help you sort it out.
  • Delete your account. Open Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account along with all of your garage data and photos, and it cannot be undone. You do not need to contact us to do it, and we do not keep a copy afterward.

Report a bug or ask for a feature

Moto Garage is in active development and rider feedback genuinely decides what gets built next. Bugs, rough edges, and "I wish it did this" are all welcome at the same address.

If you would rather do it in public, we are on Instagram and Facebook.

Beta builds

The web app is live today, and the iOS and Android apps are on the App Store and Google Play. They share the same garage in real time, so you can move between them freely.

Beta builds change often. If something broke that worked yesterday, that is worth telling us about, because it usually means we did it.

Privacy & legal

  • Our Privacy Policy covers what we store, why, and how to have it removed.
  • Moto Garage is a product of ADVLabs, a brand of Choyce Industries, LLC.
  • For anything privacy related, including a data request, write to hello@advlabs.io.
